We always start to fear before starting any work. That we should not fail in this work. For this reason, we are unable to do our work carefully and fail. It is our fear that is the biggest reason for our failure. Why are we afraid of this, do we not believe in ourselves? If there is faith then why are you afraid? Whenever we start any work in life. Without fear. And believe in your hard work if we work hard. Will do everything thoughtfully. Then we will definitely succeed.
Because if we do not do any work for fear of failure, then how will we move forward, even if we fail, we will get a lot to learn which will be useful in our life. The biggest fear in our mind is what people will think about us. But remember people also talk a lot about successful men. So remove the fear of people from your heart and move forward towards your destination. If you move ahead with true passion then you will definitely succeed in life. Our biggest problem is this. We never accept this. And always say the same thing, we have no fear. But we are lying to ourselves.
Therefore, if you keep the fear of failure in your life, you will never be able to succeed. This is our biggest shortcoming and we will have to overcome it ourselves. It is okay that whenever we start a new work. So there is a little bit of fear in us. May we not fail, but for this little fear, we cannot retreat.
Once upon a time there was a king who used to get scared every time about small things. His neighbor King took advantage of this thing, he attacked him and took away his entire princely state. After that the king tried to imprison the previous king, the king ran away in fear and reached inside a small cave.
He had thought that now I will leave everything and leave. Then he saw the cave he was in. A spider was trying to climb up the cave wall. She climbed up and then fell down. The king began to look at him with great attention. The spider got up again and started climbing the wall. After going up a little more, then she came down. Similarly, she fell down many times. But she did not give up and tried to climb again and finally she climbed on top of the wall.
The king thought when this little spider did not give up. And kept trying And finally became successful. I am a human being, I have an army but it is less right but it is right. He made a decision, now I will try again to take back his princely state. The king gathered his army and attacked the second princely state. That king had never even imagined it. That the king can attack me. He attacked and took back his kingdom.
This time he did not get failure because this time he had awakened his confidence that if that king can take away my princely state, then can I not withdraw from my princely state. And then the same thing happened, he took back his princely state.
Man can learn anything from anywhere to learn. Now a small spider changed the life of that king, the king who always feared before being successful and the same fear turned him into failure.
So we should never be afraid. Whatever work has to be done, it has to be done with dedication and full confidence so that we can achieve success and not failure. And until success is not achieved, you have to work hard keeping strong faith inside. So that we get success.

असफलता का डरहम लोग हमेशा कोई भी काम शुरू करने से पहले ही डरने लगते हैं. कि कहीं हमें इस काम में असफलता ना मिले. इसी वजह से हम अपने उस काम को ध्यान से नहीं कर पाते और असफल हो जाते हैं. यह हमारा डर ही हमारी असफलता का सबसे बड़ा कारण है. हम इस से क्यों डरते हैं क्या हमें अपने ऊपर विश्वास नहीं है. अगर विश्वास है तो डरते क्यों हैं. जिंदगी में जब भी हम कोई भी काम शुरू करें. बिना डरे करें. और अपनी मेहनत पर विश्वास रखें अगर हम अच्छी तरह से मेहनत करेंगे. सब कुछ सोच समझकर करेंगे. तो हम जरूर कामयाब होंगे.
क्योंकि अगर हम असफलता के डर से कोई काम नहीं करेंगे तो हम आगे कैसे बढ़ेंगे बाकी अगर असफल हो भी गए तो सीखने को बहुत कुछ मिलेगा जो हमें हमारी जिंदगी में आगे काम आएगा. जिंदगी में जोखिम लेने से कभी मत डरो. किसी ने क्या खूब कहा है. जिंदगी अपने हिसाब से जियो. औरों के कहने से तो सर्कस का शेर भी नाचता है. जिंदगी में जंगल का शेर बनो सर्कस का नहीं.
और याद रखो जिंदगी में जब कभी अच्छा काम करो और लोग आपको फिर भी नजरअंदाज करें. तब भी आपका ध्यान आपके काम पर ही होना चाहिए अगर सफलता पाना चाहते हैं . याद रखो सूर्य जब उदय होता है ज्यादातर लोग सो रहे होते हैं. लोग आपका साथ दे या ना दे लेकिन आप अपने कदम कभी पीछे ना हटाए. क्योंकि जब लोगो का साथ छूटता है. तो कुछ चीजें हमारी जिंदगी में खत्म हो जाती हैं. लेकिन जब हम उम्मीद छोड़ देते हैं. तो सब कुछ खत्म हो जाता है.
हमारे मन में सबसे बड़ा डर होता है कि लोग हमारे बारे में क्या सोचेंगे. लेकिन याद रखना लोग तो सफल आदमियों के बारे में भी बहुत कुछ बोलते हैं. इसलिए लोगों का डर अपने दिल से निकाल दो और अपने मंजिल की तरफ आगे बढ़ो. अगर तुम सच्ची लगन से आगे बढ़ोगे तो जिंदगी में जरुर सफल होगे. हमारी सबसे बड़ी परेशानी यह है. हम कभी इस बात को स्वीकार नहीं करते. और हमेशा यही बोलते हैं हमें कोई डर नहीं है. लेकिन हम अपने आप से ही झूठ बोल रहे होते हैं.
इसलिए अगर जिंदगी में असफलता का डर अपने अंदर रखोगे तो कभी सफल नहीं हो पाओगे. यह हमारी सबसे बड़ी कमी है और इसको हमें खुद ही दूर करना पड़ेगा. यह बात ठीक है की जब भी हम कोई नया काम शुरू करते हैं. तो थोड़ा बहुत डर हमारे अंदर होता ही है. कहीं हम असफल ना हो जाए लेकिन इस थोड़े बहुत डर के लिए हम पीछे तो नहीं हट सकते.
एक बार की बात है एक राजा था जो हर बार डरता था छोटी-छोटी बातों को लेकर घबरा जाता था. इसी बात का फायदा उसके पड़ोसी राजा ने उठाया उसने उस पर हमला कर दिया और उसकी पूरी रियासत छीन ली. उसके बाद उस राजा ने पहले वाले राजा को बंदी बनाने की कोशिश की तो राजा डरता हुआ वहां से भाग गया और एक छोटी सी गुफा के अंदर पहुंच गया
उसने सोच लिया था अब मैं सब कुछ छोड़ कर चला जाऊंगा. तभी उसने देखा जिस गुफा में वह था. गुफा की दीवार पर एक मकड़ी ऊपर चढ़ने की कोशिश कर रही थी. वह ऊपर चढ़ी और फिर नीचे गिर गई. राजा बड़े गौर से उसको देखने लगा. मकड़ी फिर उठी फिर दीवार पर चढ़ने लगी. थोड़ा और ऊपर जाकर फिर वह नीचे आ गई. इसी तरह वह बहुत बार नीचे गिरी. लेकिन उसने हार नहीं मानी फिर चढ़ने की कोशिश की और आखिर में वह दीवार के ऊपर चढ़ाई ही गई.
राजा ने सोचा जब यह छोटी सी मकड़ी ने हार नहीं मानी. और कोशिश करती रही. और आखिर में सफल भी हो गई. मैं तो इंसान हूं मेरे पास तो सेना भी है कम ही सही लेकिन है तो सही. उसने एक निश्चय किया अब मैं फिर कोशिश करूंगा अपनी रियासत वापस लेने के लिए. राजा ने अपनी सेना को इकट्ठा किया और दूसरी रियासत पर हमला कर दिया. उस राजा ने कभी सोचा भी नहीं था. कि वह राजा मेरे ऊपर हमला कर सकता है. उसने हमला किया और अपना राज्य वापस ले लिया.
इस बार उसे असफलता इसलिए नहीं मिली थी क्योंकि इस बार उसने अपने आत्मविश्वास को जगा लिया था कि अगर वह राजा मेरी रियासत मुझसे छीन सकता है तो क्या मैं अपनी रियासत से वापस नहीं ले सकता. और फिर यही हुआ उसने अपनी रियासत वापस लेली.
सीखने को इंसान कहीं से भी कुछ भी सीख सकता है अभी छोटी सी मकड़ी ने उस राजा की जिंदगी को ही बदल दिया वह राजा जो हमेशा सफल होने से पहले डरता था और वही डर उसे असफलता में बदल देता था .
इसलिए हमें कभी भी डरना नहीं चाहिए. जो भी काम करना है वह पूरी मेहनत लगन और पूरे आत्मविश्वास के साथ करना है ताकि हमें असफलता नहीं सफलता हासिल हो. और जब तक सफलता हासिल ना हो अंदर दृढ़ विश्वास रखते हुए खूब मेहनत करनी है. ताकि हमें सफलता मिल जाए.
